From 2000 to 2006: process modeling and management of aircraft repair process, monitoring suppliers’ performance and gathering all the members involved in the same workplace, lead by a system developed by Foco for this situation. Evaluation of international logistic process of this company to get productivity gains. Foco developed a job to meet company’s procedure with ISO 14000 requirements (non-productive and infra-structure suppliers).
From 1995 to 2003: process modeling and management of non-core business suppliers (corporate travel, maintenance, non-productive purchases, cleaning, among others). Foco supported Natura in a project of developing the company’s new facilities in Cajamar, São Paulo.
From 1998 to 2005: repair management involving logistic suppliers.
From 1995 to 1997: modeling process and management of outsourced services like catering, employees transportation, security services and cleaning, among others covering industrial units in Joinville, Rio Claro, Camaçari and São Paulo. Foco supported Tigre in the conception and operation of a model to manage outsourced services.
