The fulfillment of contractual items requires the monitoring of documents related to the contracted one. Yet it is important to control expiry date of relevant documents to enterpeneurial process. To ensure the compliance of this process Foco developed Foconet Documents.

It controls expiry dates of documents, such as certificates and report of technical tours , and allows up-load of documents.

Foconet Documents holds visibilities and alerts to managers.
