  Process modeling and making Foconet Service Desk available to Siemens Enterprise Communications, gathering supplier basis and installed basis for field services maintenance. This solution was adopted as a standard for Siemens Latin America operations. This process that is based on a Foco solution, allowed Siemens Brazil to be appointed as a blueprint in ITIL to Siemens Worldwide.
   
  Process Modeling and availability of Foconet Suppliers to supplier qualification process of a group of productive inputs, covering legal, financial, environmental issues, in addition carrying out technical tour of suppliers’ all over Brazil.
