Cesar Gomes de Mello, general director. Bachelor by FGV and MBA by University of São Paulo. He was a professor at FGV during 5 years and took many business courses, such as Insead, France, by Fundação Dom Cabral and AOTS – Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship, in Japan. He was a lecturer in programs of executive MBA of FGV, FEA-USP and ESPM, speaking about business process outsourcing and sustainability in the relationship between clients and suppliers. He worked in management consulting, being the merger of companies that resulted in Natura Cosméticos, one of his outstanding projects. Right after that, he worked at Natura as a HR Director. He is a counselor of CIEE – Centro de Integração Empresa-Escola.

Elizabete Xavier, service for clients manager. She has been at Foco since 1996. She majored in business administration by University Luzwell with many courses in the quality services area.

Mário Moraes Neto, support and development manager. He has been at Foco since 2005. He majored in web design technology by University of Braz Cubas. He is post-graduated in project management PMI – Project Management Institute by IBTA.

Rodrigo Ipaves de Campos Pinto, software architecture and security information manager. He has been at Foco since 2001. He is computing engineer by UNIP, with many post-graduation courses in IT area. MBA degree in strategic management of IT by FGV. He is Microsoft certificated – MCTS Web Application.
